How Do You Select The Pop-up Design?

Each month we work with the natural beauty of the landscape to create an arbor with florals that are beautiful, on trend and sustainable. The decor is also designed to be neutral and work with all outfits and we aim to do different colors + styles each year. If you would like to receive the theme and general colour palette in advance we will have this information available within 30 days of your elopement, but the surprise of seeing it for the first time is a big part of this experience! If you have a specific question about your outfit and the décor, get in touch! 

What is your inclusivity policy?

We work with couples from across Canada and other countries, of all nationalities, religions and cultures. 

Love is love and we joyfully celebrate all humans in love. 

Can I Bring My Dog?

We love dogs! Most of our venues can’t accommodate animals but occasionally we can so please ask!

What Are Some Of The Locations?

We look for epic views off the beaten path without any people around which is why our locations are often private properties. Views include lakes, mountains, forests, desert and more.   We fly out of West Kelowna and Revelstoke. Check out our Dates page for our upcoming pop-up locations.

What Do We Do After The Ceremony?

The skies the limit babes. Go out for dinner, host a reception or backyard party. Enjoy a hotel or hop a plane. Let us know if you need any recommendations, we would be happy to point you in the right direction!

What Happens If It Rains?

We have clear plastic umbrellas and warm blankets. Some of our locations have a sheltered area we can regroup in if needed, but all ceremonies will take place outside, rain or shine.  If it unsafe to fly with the heli package we can reschedule or you can get married that same day at an alternate location.

How Many Guests Can I Invite?

You can invite up to fifteen guests for our pop-up and personal elopements.  For heli elopements extra helicopters can be added to your package to accommodate your people. And if you don’t want to invite any guests for the ultimate runaway elopement experience, we would be happy to be your witnesses.

What Will The Ceremony Be Like?

Our default option is a Short + Sweet ceremony with some personalization. The style is fun, relaxed and full of love. There is also an option to add on a Fully Personalized Ceremony which goes in depth into your love story and includes fun rituals like the Ring Warming, Handfasting and Kid’s Ringpop ritual. You will receive your ceremony 1 month before your date and be able to make edits right on the google doc. Length is 15-20 minutes.

Can We Book Video And Extra Photography?

Due to the nature of shared pop ups, we cannot offer extra photography. Extra photography can be added to personal and heli elopements. All of our packages have the option of adding on videography.

Can We Add Extra Bouquets Or Boutonnieres?

Yes! This is a great way to add your personal touch! With a pop-up package the bouquet is a shared item but the boutonniere can go home with you. If you wish to add a bouquet just for you, or extra personal florals like flower crowns, bridesmaids bouquets, kids crowns or extra boutonnieres just  reach out to us and we will get a separate quote for you to add on those items!

Can I Have A Wedding Party?

Of course! And if you want your dad to walk you down the aisle, that’s great too. Just because you are eloping doesn’t mean you can’t have the traditions you’ve been dreaming of.
